Women’s Collective Action and the Village Law: How Women are Driving Change and Shaping Pathways for Gender-Inclusive Development in Rural Indonesia

This study on Women’s Collective Action and the Village Law seeks to understand the influences of women’s collective action to the implementation of the Village Law. This research report presents findings and recommendations for agencies and organisations seeking to support women’s collective influence on governance, development and broader structures of power in rural Indonesia, with a particular emphasis on the implementation the Village Law and interrelated district influence and policy making.
