On 8-9 May 2017 in Jakarta, KAPAL Perempuan supported by MAMPU, conducted an evaluation activity by using OCPAT (Organizational Capacity and Performance Assessment Tools). OCPAT is a method to improve the capacity of the organisation through the learning process and building the team within the organisation by assessing the capacity and performance of the organisation.

The main objective of this method is to gain a positive impact on organisational performance, i.e. success in achieving organisational mission through the program.

One of the participants is Sekolah Perempuan Ciliwung, who shared their experiences about how the program management impacted beneficiaries, helped the women access the program from local government for elderly, and accessed funds for the Women’s School Library.
