Roadshow of Women Home Workers Union Federation to Village Heads in Bantul, Yogyakarta

The Women Home Workers (PPR) Union Federation conducted a roadshow to the three village heads in Bantul on 31 May 2017. This roadshow was conducted in Bawuran Village, Bangunjiwo Village, and Segoroyoso Village.
The purpose of this activity is to introduce union federation and ask support from the village heads.
The roadshow was participated by federation officers and members totaling 20 people.
Village heads responded it by giving support to the federation.
Head of Bangunjiwo Village, Mr. Praja, said “If the union want propose training and request for assistance, please just send the proposal for activities.”
After the union federation formed, the Office of Manpower and Transmigration (Disnakertrans) of Yogyakarta Province will provide training for 150 home workers.
