The 3rd JP2K-YKP National Forum: Evaluation of Reproductive Health Service Advocacy

The Women’s Network of Health Care (JP2K-YKP) held the 3rd National Forum on “Work Evaluation: JP2K Reproductive Health Service Advocacy in the National Health Insurance (JKN) Scheme” on 20 to 22 July 2016.

The event was held at Harris Convention & Hotel Bekasi, and attended by representatives of YKP networks from 15 provinces in Indonesia, such as: Cakrawala Timur (East Java); Perempuan DAMAR (Lampung); FPMP (South Sulawesi); GASIRA (Maluku); LKY (Yogyakarta); LP2M (West Sumatera); LPSDM (West Nusa Tenggara); Yayasan Maha Bhoga Marga (Bali); Yayasan Mitra Aksi (Jambi); PESADA (North Sumatera); PIAR (East Nusa Tenggara); PKBI (Aceh); Rahima (Jakarta); SPEK-HAM (Central Java); and Swara Parangpuan (North Sulawesi).

In this national forum, JP2K – YKP discussed about the results of JKN survey studies phase II, related to field experience of reproductive health services and advocacy in JKN scheme.

As part of the National Forum’s activities, JP2K – YKP also conducted a public hearings with the Minister of Health on Friday, 22 July 2016. The public hearing continued with the BPJS Kesehatan (Health Social Security Agency). On the occasion, Zumrotin K Susilo, the YKP Chairman, submitted the results of JKN Survey Phase II to BPJS Kesehatan.
