Visitation of Commission IX DPR RI to Desmigratif Kuripan, Wonosobo, Central Java

The Indonesian House of Representatives members from Commission IX led by Saleh Partaonan Daulay, did a visitation to Kuripan Village, Watumalang District, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java.

The Kuripan Village is an integral part of Desmigratif (Productive Migrant Village) and Desbumi (Migrant Workers Village), which is a program initiated by the Ministry of Manpower and Migrant CARE to empower, provide protection and improve mentoring for migrant workers.

The visit is intended to discuss directly with the Migrant Workers in Wonosobo, as well as to ensure the Desmigratif program implementation is carried out properly and in accordance with what is planned by the government.

From this visit, Commission IX can get views and references on how to improve the quality of life of former migrant workers.

The event which was held on April 7, 2017 also attended by the vice regent of Wonosobo, H. Agus Subagiyo M.Si.
