The Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Gender Equality and Woman Empowerment (MAMPU) Program is a joint initiative by the Government of Indonesia (GOI), represented by the National Planning and Development Agency (BAPPENAS), and the Government of Australia, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). MAMPU Program goal is to improve the access of poor women in Indonesia to essential GOI’s services and programs in order to achieve gender equality and women’s empowerment, and support the achievement the GOI’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to MAMPU program priorities. MAMPU Program focuses on improving GOI’s policies, regulations and services through partnership(s) between inclusive coalitions of civil society organizations and other institutions that are concerned with and committed to helping resolve gender issues in development.

MAMPU and MAMPU partners in thematic area-4 “Improving Women’s Health and Nutritional Status”, have a commitment with government of Indonesia to oversee the issue of nutrition to prevent stunting as one of MAMPU contribution on the achievement of national Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). This mandate will complement the contribution of MAMPU partners in the area of reproductive health and nutrition to achieve objective 1, 2, 3 and 5 of SDGs.

On the basis of the need to sharpen MAMPU partner’s approach to nutrition issues for stunting reduction, MAMPU requires consultancy service to work with MAMPU and partners to share the nutritional interventions that will also covering gender aspects. The consultant is also expected to facilitate a workshop / FGD for sharpening the intervention strategies in nutrition, as well as the campaign strategy and bringing the work to be aligned them with government priorities.

We are seeking the submission of proposals detailing technical capability and financial costs to carry out this assignment within the designated timeframe. Interested entities or individuals may refer to the following RFP and TOR for their proposal submission.
